If you’d like to deactivate your air filter subscription:
- Log in to your account at SecondNature.com/login.
- To the left of "Active", click "Edit Subscription".
- On this screen, select "Cancel".
- Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
As an alternative to cancellation, here are a few adjustments you can make to your account in order to create a plan that caters to your home’s needs:
To change how often you receive filters:
- Log in to your account at SecondNature.com/login.
- To the left of "Active", click "Edit Subscription".
- On this screen, select the "Shipped and Billed" field, and choose the interval or custom schedule you would like.
- Set the date you would like your next shipment by selecting the "Next Shipment" field.
- Click "Save Changes" and you’re done!
To choose a lower or higher filter quality:
- Log in to your account at SecondNature.com/login.
- To the left of "Active", click "Edit Subscription".
- Select the "Quality" field and choose what quality you would like to update to.
- Click "Save Changes" and you're done!
