Can I Change How Often My Filters Are Sent?

Of course! Second Nature (formerly FilterEasy) is all about what works best for YOU! To update your schedule, simply follow these steps. Log-in to your Second Nature account.

For computer users, either click "Skip?" if you just wish to skip your next scheduled shipment. Click "Edit Subscription" if you wish to edit your schedule.

For mobile users, either click "Skip Next Shipment?" if you just wish to skip your next scheduled shipment. Click the 3 dots beside "Active" and then "Edit Subscription" if you wish to edit your schedule.

1) On this screen, you may edit how often your subscription is billed and shipped using the "Shipped & Billed" dropdown menu. This can be a monthly interval or a custom schedule of your own creation.

2) Use the "Next Shipment" dropdown menu to choose which date your subscription next processes an order and charges on.

3) Click "Save Changes", and you're all set!
