How can I track my shipment?

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail that includes your tracking information. Simply click the link contained in the e-mail to see the status of your shipment.

You can also check on the status of your order by logging into your account. 

1) Log in to your Second Nature account.

For computer users: 
2) Click "Order History" among the options near the top of the page.
3) Click "View Tracking" next to the order you wish to track.

For mobile device users:
2) Click the dropdown arrow next to "My Products" and click "Order History".

3) Click the ">" button next to the order you wish to track, to expand the order details.

4) Click "View Tracking" below the order details for the order.
