Will I get my air filters and my water filters at the same time?
Currently, air and fridge filters ship separately.
What if I ordered the wrong filter?
No problem at all. Just call us at 1 (800) 308-1186 or contact us here and we’ll sort everything out. Having your current fridge model or filter information on hand will make this quick and easy :)
What if my filter arrived damaged?
Again, just text us at 1 (800) 308-1186 and we’ll make it right!
Can I return the water filters?
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns, but we want to make sure you’re happy. Contact us here if you need help!
